She managed to produce our newsletter the same week that she and her wife, Sue Hardesty, celebrated their 50th Anniversary!! What a great celebration of two wonderful women who have contributed so much to our community over many years.

–LaDeDa Parade in Yachats on July 4–Meet at the Pavilion at 11:30 for the parade at noon. Lots of fun, bring your rainbow gear–we’ll have some to share.

The March 13th PFLAG meeting will feature Claire Hall on “The Best of Times, the Worst of Times: Being Trans in 2019.”  The meeting is held at St. Stephen’s in Newport and begins at 6pm.

The big event for February is our annual Love is Love Community Valentine Party! It is Saturday, Feb. 9th, from 2-4pm at OCCC-Newport in South Beach. Music, great desserts, celebrating newlyweds and oldlyweds, make your own Valentines…and dancing. Come celebrate love–for everyone!!  Put the party on your calendar, then share the invitation with friends!
